The Predictive Index (PI) is a science-backed behavioral and cognitive assessment tool that helps businesses make smarter hiring and management decisions. It uncovers candidates’ natural behaviors and motivations, instead of relying only on résumés or gut feelings. The PI provides data-driven insights to match the right person with the right role—saving time, reducing turnover, and building stronger teams.
Why is it valuable?
It reduces turnover by ensuring candidates are aligned with both the role and the company culture, helps managers understand how to motivate, coach, and develop their team members, and provides insights that speed up onboarding and team integration.
What do we do with it?
We bring in a certified coach to walk through the Predictive Index results with your new hire—helping them understand how to leverage their natural strengths and strategically improve in areas of weakness. This ensures they’re not just filling a role, but growing into it with confidence.
We Leave Everything With You
Once our project is complete, we will leave everything with you in a well-organized Google Drive folder. The Candidate Packages include a review of the final top 3 candidates and suggested interview strategy prep with the business owner or direct lead.
Our Guarantee
We don’t charge you 20% of the new hire’s annual salary. We don’t charge a monthly subscription. We charge a flat rate with no hidden fees.
If your new hire does not meet expectations within the first 30 days of their start date, we will reopen the search and rehire for the role at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is needed after the initial 30-day period, we will rehire for the role at a reduced placement rate, ensuring you continue to receive the highest level of support while protecting your investment.
