Meet the Founder
Natalie Randolph
Natalie is an operational strategist, entrepreneur, and Certified Director of Operations (DOO) with a passion for helping businesses build sustainable infrastructure for growth.
With a background spanning healthcare leadership, operations management, executive support, and strategic business operations, Natalie specializes in helping founders and leadership teams create structure, strengthen execution, and scale intentionally.
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan University and is both a Certified Online Business Manager (OBM) and PACE-certified professional. She has supported organizations across healthcare, nonprofits, government, and high-growth industries, including businesses connected to the NFL and executive leadership environments.
Known for her ability to bridge visionary leadership with operational execution, Natalie brings a rare combination of strategic thinking, systems development, and hands-on operational leadership.
