Originally from Peru, Indiana, I relocated to the Indianapolis area in 2007. I love Indiana, but I’d much rather be sitting on a beach with sand between my toes!

I was the first woman in my family to earn a degree, graduating from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems. I am a Certified Director of Operations (DOO), Certified Online Business Manager (OBM) and PACE-certified. I also serve on two non-profit boards.

My vision for this business is twofold. First, I want to help small business owners succeed and grow their companies with strong leadership and operational help. Second, I aim to support women by giving them the training and support they need to be great implementors and managers and help them find amazing clients.

When I’m not working (or at the gym), I'm hanging out with my husband and two beautiful daughters.
