With over fifteen years of experience in Executive Support, Carleigh has developed strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills and is proficient in many different programs in order to support her clients. She thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where she can use her attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines to deliver high-quality results.

For the last few years, she has been a Program Integrator and responsible for creating, running, and monitoring processes to ensure the smooth and effective execution of the programs she supports. Her mission is to create a positive and impactful experience from start to finish by collaborating with the marketing, customer service, and tech teams along with the company's visionary. 

Carleigh lives in the foothills of Mt. Rainier (Tahoma) outside Seattle, WA, with her husband, two teenage boys, and two dogs. She enjoys boating and hiking with her family and watching both of her boys play their respective sports. In her free time at home, she loves to crochet and do other craft projects.
